Tax Associate – Corporate & Transactional
Job Description
We are working with a London firm that is looking for a tax lawyer to advise on corporate and transactional matters. The role suits candidates with 1–7 years’ PQE, and seniority will reflect your experience.
Your day-to-day
- Advising on the tax aspects of acquisitions, disposals and restructurings
- Reviewing and negotiating tax provisions in transaction documents
- Assisting with tax structuring for corporate clients
- Working with corporate and finance colleagues on deals
- Keeping up to date with UK tax developments and sharing knowledge with the team
About you
- A qualified solicitor or barrister with 1–7 years’ PQE in corporate tax
- Experience in a transactional tax practice
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex points clearly
- CTA qualification is helpful but not essential
