Job Description
Our client, a well-established firm in the City, wants a senior real estate lawyer to join its commercial property team. You will have 4–10 years’ PQE.
Your day-to-day
- Acting on the acquisition, sale and financing of commercial property
- Advising landlords and tenants on significant leasing matters
- Supporting development projects and asset management
- Leading your own files and supervising junior colleagues
- Contributing to business development and building client relationships
About you
- A real estate solicitor with 4–10 years’ PQE
- Strong drafting skills and a practical, commercial approach
- Able to run complex matters with limited supervision
- Ambitious, with an interest in growing a client following
