Pensions Associate – Surrey

Job Description

A well-regarded firm is looking for a junior pensions lawyer to join its Surrey office. The role is open to lawyers from NQ to 4 years’ PQE.

Your day-to-day

• Advising scheme trustees and employers on governance, benefits and compliance
• Supporting the pensions side of corporate deals, including due diligence
• Drafting scheme documents, member announcements and advice notes
• Researching new legislation and regulatory changes
• Contributing to pitches and articles

About you

• Solicitor in England & Wales, NQ to 4 years’ PQE
• Some exposure to pensions work (or a strong interest in specialising)
• Precise, analytical and a clear writer
• Comfortable juggling priorities in a busy team
