The Opportunity

A global offshore law firm is expanding its London finance group and wants an ambitious lawyer to help build it out. Level (Associate or Senior Associate) will reflect experience, and you would advise on Bermuda, BVI and Cayman law aspects of international finance deals.

The Work

  • Offshore elements of lending, fund finance, structured and capital markets transactions
  • Producing precise, high-quality drafting and managing your own deal flow
  • Leading relationships with core clients and associate-level business development
  • Speaking at seminars and client presentations and contributing to know-how

About You

  • Qualified lawyer with 5–7 PQE in finance
  • 2:1 or above from a leading university (or equivalent)
  • Offshore experience helpful but not essential, so strong onshore finance lawyers are welcome
  • Commercial drive and a collaborative style
