Employment Associate – Thames Valley

Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced employment associate for a respected firm’s Thames Valley office. You will have 4–9 years’ PQE, and the role would particularly suit someone with experience of clients in the education sector.

Your day-to-day

• Advising employers and senior individuals on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Supporting schools and other education clients on disputes, complaints and regulatory issues
• Managing your own caseload and contributing to the department’s growth
• Taking part in business development and client care

About you

• A solicitor, barrister or Chartered Legal Executive with 4–9 years’ PQE in employment law
• Education sector experience would be a strong advantage
• Confident with clients, with a commercial mindset
• Some business development experience
