A leading firm is looking for a senior corporate lawyer to join its office in Surrey. The role suits lawyers with 5+ years’ PQE.

Your day-to-day

  • Leading company and business acquisitions and disposals
  • Advising on investments, reorganisations and corporate governance
  • Managing deals from start to finish
  • Supervising and developing junior lawyers
  • Building your client base and contributing to business development

About you

  • SRA qualified with 5+ years’ PQE in corporate work
  • Experienced as an associate or senior associate in private practice
  • Confident running transactions independently
  • Business development experience is a plus
