The Opportunity
An international offshore law firm is adding a mid-to-senior corporate lawyer to its London office. You would advise global corporates, investors and financial institutions on cross-border deals with an offshore angle, inside a collaborative, high-performing team.
The Work
- Joint ventures, acquisitions, venture and growth financing rounds and group reorganisations
- Running complex transactions with a high degree of autonomy
- Supporting partners and senior counsel while drawing on a worldwide office network
- Contributing to know-how, seminars and internal training
- Building and deepening key client relationships
About You
- Qualified in England & Wales or another Commonwealth jurisdiction
- 5–8 PQE from a top-tier international or leading offshore firm
- A track record on complex corporate transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and some business development experience
