Corporate Tax Associate – UK Offices

Job Description

Our client, a national firm, is looking for a corporate tax lawyer. The role can be based in London, the Midlands or the South East. You will have 1–6 years’ PQE.

Your day-to-day

• Advising businesses on the tax aspects of buying and selling companies
• Drafting and negotiating tax covenants and warranties
• Setting up employee share incentive arrangements
• Handling HMRC applications for investment relief schemes
• Running matters day to day and liaising with clients

About you

• A lawyer with 1–6 years’ PQE in corporate or business tax
• Strong written and spoken communication
• Well organised and able to manage a busy workload
• Interested in business development
