Job Description
A national full-service firm is looking to add an employment lawyer to its London team. The role suits someone with 2–7 years’ PQE.
Your day-to-day
- Advising employers on workforce issues, from routine HR queries to contentious matters
- Acting on senior executive hires, exits and disputes
- Running employment tribunal claims and negotiating settlements
- Supporting transactional colleagues on the employment aspects of deals
- Helping to grow the practice through client and business development work
About you
- A solicitor, barrister or Chartered Legal Executive with 2–7 years’ PQE in employment law
- Able to work from a London office for part of the week
- Organised and tech-savvy, with a collegiate attitude
- Keen to build client relationships
