Location: London (South West London & Holborn)
PQE: 2–5 years
Contract: Permanent, full time

The Opportunity
A well-regarded London law firm is growing its insolvency team and wants a lawyer who is keen to specialise. The team is small, so you would get hands-on, client-facing work across contentious and non-contentious corporate and personal insolvency.
The Work
- Office-holder claims, including antecedent transactions and misfeasance
- Advising directors and stakeholders of companies in financial distress
- Restructuring proposals, including CVAs and Part 26A plans
- Working with litigation funders and ATE insurers
- Supervising juniors and supporting business development
About You
- 2–5 PQE with both contentious and non-contentious insolvency experience
- Proactive file management and attention to detail
- Insolvency-industry contacts helpful but not essential
