Location: Liverpool, Birmingham or Newcastle
PQE: 5+ years
Contract: Permanent, full time
Practice: Construction (primarily contentious)
Salary: Competitive

The Opportunity

A leading national law firm with a nationally recognised construction team wants a senior solicitor focused on disputes. The firm will consider candidates based in Liverpool, Birmingham or Newcastle.

The Work

  • Running your own construction disputes caseload, including adjudications
  • Mediation, arbitration, expert determination and TCC proceedings
  • Risk-management advice for developers, contractors, consultants and public bodies
  • Non-contentious work if you have the background: JCT/NEC4 contracts, appointments, warranties and bonds
  • Developing client relationships and new business

About You

  • 5+ PQE solicitor with strong construction disputes experience
  • Confident running adjudications
  • Non-contentious experience valued but not essential
