Projects & Finance Senior Associate
Job Description
A top international firm is looking to add a senior associate to its projects and finance practice in London. You will have 4–8 years’ PQE.
Your day-to-day
- Advising lenders, sponsors and borrowers on project and asset financings
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and project contracts
- Managing transactions through to financial close
- Coordinating with local counsel in other jurisdictions
- Developing junior members of the team
About you
- A solicitor with 4–8 years’ PQE in project finance or banking
- Experience on cross-border financings
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several deals at once
- Commercial, confident with clients and works well in a team
