Corporate M&A Associate – London
Job Description
A leading City firm is looking for a corporate associate to join its busy London transactional team. The role is open to lawyers with 2–6 years’ PQE.
Your day-to-day
- Working on public and private M&A, both domestic and cross-border
- Drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and ancillary documents
- Coordinating due diligence and the completion process
- Advising on corporate reorganisations and equity investments
- Building client relationships and working closely with partners
About you
- A solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE in corporate M&A
- Gained experience at a well-regarded firm
- Organised, clear in how you communicate, and works well in a team
- Keen to take on more responsibility as your career progresses
