Senior Corporate Lawyer – Dubai
Job Description
We are recruiting for an international law firm that wants an experienced corporate lawyer to join its Dubai office. You should have 4–8 years’ PQE.
Your day-to-day
- Advising regional and international clients on acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures
- Running transactions from the term sheet through to completion, including diligence and drafting
- Advising on general corporate and governance matters for clients in the Gulf
- Working with colleagues in other offices on matters that cross borders
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
About you
- Qualified in England & Wales or another common-law jurisdiction
- 4–8 years’ PQE in corporate transactional work, from a strong firm
- Good commercial judgement, and comfortable dealing directly with clients
- Willing to relocate to Dubai or already based in the UAE (Arabic is helpful but not required)
