The Opportunity
A market-leading offshore disputes team is hiring a technically strong senior associate in London. The work covers BVI and Cayman law, which suits a litigator who wants high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters and early responsibility with clients.
The Work
- Fund, trust, shareholder and partnership disputes, along with broader commercial litigation
- Corporate recovery and insolvency advice for office holders, banks, corporates and directors
- Contentious and non-contentious trust work for trustees, protectors and beneficiaries
- Injunctions, disclosure, enforcement and asset recovery
- Regulatory investigations and contentious tax information requests
About You
- 5–7 PQE in commercial litigation, insolvency or fraud
- A solid technical foundation and a responsive, client-first approach
- Experience of cross-border matters (offshore exposure is a plus)
