Private Client Solicitor (c. 5+ PQE) – Darlington/Durham

Location: Darlington /Durham

Contract:Full-time

Benedict Holding is supporting a highly regarded, award-winning regional law firm in the North East with the appointment of a Private Client Solicitor. You’ll take ownership of a varied Private Client caseload and become a key part of a growing and collaborative team. The work is high quality, relationship-driven, and ideal for a solicitor who enjoys making a real difference to clients.

Typical matters include:

  • Wills & estate planning
  • Probate & estate administration
  • Trusts
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney

What we’re looking for:

We’re keen to speak with qualified solicitors (ideally 5+ years PQE) with strong Private Client experience and confidence managing files from start to finish.

You’ll also bring:

  • excellent drafting and technical ability
  • strong client care and communication skills
  • a positive, team-focused approach
  • professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
