The Role

We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join a supportive and forward thinking healthcare team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to patients’ lives while working within a structured, well supported environment that values clinical excellence and professional development.

You will deliver high quality, person centred care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in line with professional standards

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records

Work collaboratively with wider clinical and non-clinical teams

Advocate for patients and uphold dignity, respect, and confidentiality

Contribute to service improvement and quality initiatives

About You

Registered Nurse (Adult) with a valid NMC registration

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

A compassionate, patient-focused approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to continuous professional development
