The Role

We are working with a respected legal practice seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its established and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys building long-term client relationships and providing clear, compassionate advice on often sensitive matters.

You will manage a varied private client caseload, working closely with individuals and families to deliver high quality, client-focused legal support.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a broad range of private client matters including:

Wills and estate planning

Probate and estate administration

Trust creation and administration

Lasting Powers of Attorney

Inheritance Tax and succession planning

Advising clients with sensitivity and clarity

Maintaining accurate and compliant case records

Building and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships

Supporting business development and referrals

Contributing to team development and knowledge sharing

About You

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent)

Proven experience in private client law

Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Trusts, and Probate

Excellent client care and communication skills

A compassionate, professional, and pragmatic approach

Ability to manage a caseload independently
