The Role

We are working with a well-regarded legal practice seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join its growing real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys high-quality work, strong client relationships, and the flexibility to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, acting for a diverse client base that may include developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and corporate occupiers.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a broad range of commercial property transactions

Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for lease, licences, and assignments

Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property

Acting on development projects and property finance matters

Supporting clients with landlord and tenant issues

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Contributing to business development and team growth

About You

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent)

Proven experience in commercial property / real estate law

Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to manage matters independently while contributing to a team

Client-focused, pragmatic, and solutions-driven approach
