Employment Partner
London | Birmingham

We are supporting a well-established UK law firm looking to appoint an Employment Partner as part of its continued investment in its Employment practice.

The Role
You will lead and develop a mixed employment practice, advising commercial clients on:

  • Contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Senior executive issues and exits
  • Employment aspects of corporate transactions
  • Workforce restructuring and strategic advisory

You will play a key role in:

  • Growing the client base
  • Developing junior lawyers
  • Driving the team’s commercial strategy

The Candidate:

  • Existing Partner / Legal Director / Senior Associate with a following or strong BD track record
  • Broad employment experience across contentious and advisory work
  • Commercially minded with strong client-facing skills
