Corporate Partner – Healthcare Focus
📍 London | Birmingham | Liverpool

We are working with a leading UK law firm seeking to appoint a Corporate Partner to support the continued growth of its nationally recognised Healthcare sector.

This is a strategic hire, offering the opportunity to play a key role in expanding an established platform with strong client relationships across healthcare providers, investors and sector stakeholders.

The Role
You will lead on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

  • M&A transactions (mid-market and complex deals)
  • Joint ventures and strategic partnerships
  • Private equity investments
  • Corporate structuring and governance

You will closely with the following:

  • Private healthcare providers
  • Care home groups
  • NHS-linked organisations
  • Healthtech and life sciences businesses

Overview of candidate:

Strong corporate background with demonstrable healthcare exposure (preferred)

Proven track record in business development and client relationship management/Commercial, strategic and growth-focused mindset
