Employment Solicitor
Location: London
PQE: NQ–3 years
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Hybrid

The Opportunity
We are working with a highly regarded London Employment practice looking to recruit an ambitious NQ–3 PQE solicitor.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a strong mix of Employment Tribunal litigation, strategic advisory work and transactional support, working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers.

The Work
Your caseload will include:

Employment Tribunal litigation
Discrimination claims
Whistleblowing
Unfair dismissal
TUPE
Redundancy and restructuring
Restrictive covenants
Senior exits
Settlement agreements
Employment contracts
Policies and procedures
Workplace investigations
Performance and disciplinary matters
Employment aspects of Corporate transactions
Cross-border employment matters
Responsibilities
You will:

Manage matters with increasing independence
Draft pleadings and witness statements
Advise clients directly
Assist with complex Employment Tribunal claims
Participate in investigations
Support transactional teams
Work alongside Partners on strategically important matters
Develop relationships with clients
What We’re Looking For
Candidates should ideally have:

NQ–3 years PQE
Strong Employment experience
Employment Tribunal exposure
Experience of both contentious and advisory matters
Strong drafting skills
Excellent client-facing ability
Commercial awareness
A genuine interest in building a specialist Employment career
