PQE: NQ–1 year

The Opportunity:

We are working with a leading international law firm looking to recruit an ambitious junior lawyer into its London Corporate Real Estate practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ–1 PQE solicitor looking to build a career at the intersection of Corporate M&A, Private Equity and Real Estate.

The team acts on significant UK and cross-border transactions for sophisticated institutional clients.

The Work

Private Equity sponsors
Institutional investors
Investment funds
Asset managers
Developers
Real estate operators
Major corporates
International investors
What We’re Looking For
Candidates will ideally have:

NQ–1 PQE
Training from a strong City, international, national or leading regional practice
A strong Corporate/M&A or Corporate Real Estate seat
Exposure to sophisticated transactional work
Strong drafting and technical skills
Excellent academics
Commercial awareness
A genuine interest in Real Estate Private Equity and Corporate Real Estate
Direct Corporate Real Estate experience would be advantageous, although strong junior Corporate/M&A lawyers with relevant transferable experience will also be considered.
