Corporate M&A Solicitor (Remote)

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (DOE)

Location: Fully remote (UK)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a UK-based commercial law firm for a Corporate M&A Solicitor to join their growing corporate team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused solicitor who enjoys managing a varied corporate caseload and working closely with clients in a modern, flexible working environment.

The role

You will manage a broad range of corporate matters, including:

  • Share and asset acquisitions and disposals
  • Shareholder agreements
  • Commercial contracts
  • Partnership and LLP agreements
  • Bank funding and related corporate work

The role combines technical delivery with client-facing responsibility, offering autonomy over your caseload while working as part of a collaborative team.

Candidate profile:

This role would suit a solicitor who:

  • Has 2+ years’ PQE in Corporate / M&A law
  • Is confident managing transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Is commercially aware and client-focused
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Is comfortable working autonomously within a structured firm environment
  • UK Qualified Solicitor
