About You

We’re looking for someone who combines strong legal knowledge with high emotional intelligence and client empathy — essential qualities in family law.

Essential criteria:

UK-qualified Solicitor (NQ – 6 PQE) with solid experience in private family law.

Strong technical knowledge of the Matrimonial Causes Act, Family Procedure Rules, and associated case law.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage sensitive client relationships.

Proven ability to handle own caseload and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desirable:

Experience with financial remedy proceedings or high-net-worth clients.

Familiarity with ADR processes (mediation, arbitration, collaborative law).

Prior exposure to business development and client-generation activities.
