We are looking for Risk and Compliance Managers that are looking for a new challenge within Bristol. We have some new roles coming up and are looking to speak to Risk and Compliance Managers that have senior experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Compliance Leadership
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategic frameworks to ensure alignment with legal, regulatory, and constitutional obligations.
Risk Management Oversight
Lead the development and maintenance of risk management frameworks. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure operations remain within the organization’s defined risk appetite.
Regulatory Engagement & Reporting
Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies. Interpret and integrate new legal and regulatory requirements, and manage timely reporting to relevant internal committees.
Culture & Team Leadership
Champion a culture of compliance and ethical conduct across the organization. Inspire and lead a high-performing team, serving as a role model for integrity and diligence.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Build strong relationships with senior leadership, regulators, and assurance providers. Communicate complex compliance matters clearly to drive collaborative, informed decision-making.
Monitoring & Incident Resolution
Oversee risk-based monitoring activities, track key risk indicators (KRIs), and guide the resolution of regulatory breaches or incidents.
